‘Vilai’ – ‘The Cost’ is all about a girl who is confined in red light area. A youth played by Bharani comes from a village to Chennai to join his sister in the college. One day all of a sudden the girl disappears. A brothel running gang kidnaps his sister. Sadika , a new face is playing the role of the sister. What happens to the girl? How does he find his sister?
